FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't useful, email director@ciaops.com within 30 days of joining for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, whether that's the month or the year. I don't give partial refunds for unused time, and annual members get a reminder before they renew.
What currency are the prices in?
Australian dollars (AUD).
Do the prices include GST?
Prices exclude GST. GST is added for Australian members only; members outside Australia pay no GST.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
An annual plan costs 12 times the monthly price and adds bonuses at Silver and above: an extra user at Silver and Gold, plus an extra consulting hour a month at Gold and Gold Enterprise.
How do the extra users get access?
Each level allows a set number of users: Bronze 1, Silver 2, Gold 3, and Gold Enterprise unlimited users from one domain. Annual Silver and Gold plans add one more user.
